What should I do if my i’m Watch shows an error message (little cloud with !) in the notifications panel?

This type of error is related to your registration to i’m Cloud. We recommend that you check that the registration has been completed correctly; in particular, check that the serial number and product code entered correspond to those that are found in the settings of your i’m Watch. After having made these checks, you need to remove i’m Watch, add it again in i’m Cloud and perform a synchronisation.
