What should I do if my i’m Watch shows an error message (a turndown triangle with !) in the notifications panel?

This type of error means that the Tethering connection has not been activated:

• check that your i’m Watch and your smartphone are connected correctly;
• check that you have activated the Bluetooth Tethering connection on your smartphone.

We also recommend checking with your mobile phone operator that the Tethering connection is active and included in your mobile phone plan. It is actually possible that the Tethering connection is not included in your mobile phone plan as it is a paid service.
