How do you install the update?

• choose between Safari, Firefox or Google Chrome as a browser;
• from our website, select i’m Watch > i’m Droid > scroll down until you come to the chapter relating to the update;
• select the button to start the download ;
• once the update has downloaded, do not open the file. You can now install the update on i’m Watch:
• connect i’m Watch to the computer;
• open the notifications panel, by scrolling down with your finger;
• select the message “connected with USB cable” and then “connect”.

The computer will thereby recognise i’m Watch as a mass storage device.

• copy the “update” file;
• safely disconnect i’m Watch from the computer;
• once disconnected, and before removing the cable, reopen the notifications panel and select the message “connected with USB cable”; this time, however, select “disconnect”;
• turn off the watch then turn it back on and the update will be correctly installed.

lease remember that after every update, it is necessary to remove and add the device from i’m Cloud and perform a new synchronisation. This operation does not delete the data.
